It is impossible to see a customer experience view unless you register a fake customer account in Xero and add some fake invoices. We found out about the invite email (not carrying the rebrand) from an existing partner whom we invited as a test...this is not the desired test scenario.

Invitation and verification emails to be sent from private domain.
One of the main issues we have with Xero is email deliverability. A very high percentage of organisations filter xero.com emails which causes delays and poor customer experience. It is the reason we came to 'See My Bills'. If we are unable to send from our own domain with this service (or a subdomain), we will likely need to find an alternative service. It makes absolutely no sense for us to pay for your service and then also promote it for free to our customers who will not connect 'See My Bills' with 'Spambrella'.

The dashboard should show the Outstanding amount as well as the Overdue amount. Just like it does in Xero...

Self-registration outside of Xero/QuickBooks
Implement a mechanism to allow customers to register directly from the self-service portal without requiring a customer-specific link from Xero/QuickBooks. The mechanism would add a new option under Registration in the admin console where "Register by email only" could be turned enabled/disabled. When enabled, a new link would be available on the sign in page of the self-service portal titled "I have not yet registered", leading to a sign up page. In this sign up page, the prospective self-service portal user would enter their email address. This email address would need to match the primary contact address found in Xero/QuickBooks in order to progress with the registration. If the email address entered matched multiple customers in Xero/QuickBooks, the resulting login on the self-service portal would have access to all matching Xero/QuickBooks customers with the same primary email address.
