December updates

We're pleased to announce that we have rolled out a series of improvements to See My Bills in December, here's a round up:

Credit notes

It is now possible for self-service portal customers to sign in and view/download any credit notes/memos issued to them. This adds a new navigation item to the main menu and expands the functionality currently available.

Display configuration

A new admin console section, titled Configuration lets you decide what sections within the self-service portal a customer should be able to access.

Self-registration security

We've expanded the range of configuration options for customer self-registration. We've made the email address check when customers sign up optional, and we've also expanded what sources from your account software we use to check the registration email address.

You can configure these options under the Registration section in the admin console.
